Completed my first two weeks here after finding Jason and this gym on Google and I’m thrilled I joined! I had been debating between here and a standard gym membership but wanted the added accountability that comes from a class oriented gym. Jason and all the members are very supportive and the workouts, while intense, will have you feeling stronger after every session! If you’re considering joining here, I can’t recommend it enough but only if you’re serious about sustaining your fitness journey!

Jason Goodrich is an amazing trainer, I love his classes as well as the one/one personal training I do with him. Results are almost immediate and Jason keeps things fresh and fun by mixing up the workouts so that I never get bored. After being a long distance runner most of my adult life, I’m in the best shape of my life right now thanks to Jason and The Athletic Compound. Great place, great people! You should definitely check it out
